SHIPPING POLICY

We are still working out the best way to accommodate shipping - because of this we ask that you contact us through phone (250-342-3440) or facebook messenger or e-mail ([email protected]) BEFORE completing a website purchase so that we can work out the best option for your individual order. 

Generally we use Canada Post and create an individualized price based on the weight and size of your order. We know this is a pain, but we have found that it is by far the cheapest option for our customers. Please be able to provide us with your postal code to facilitate the quote process. 

RETURNS

We get that sometimes returns are inevitable: returns will be accepted with a receipt and with product in the original packaging. All other returns will be discretionary based on the current mood or level of bribery provided. We like chocolate and coffee. Just saying. 

We process returns on the same card/payment system in which they were originally charged.
